A satisfying breakfast the entire family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Hash Brown
  • 2 Strips Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese
  • 1 Burrito Wrap
  • Dash of Full Cream Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Blend 101 Finger Lickin' BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook hash brown as per instructions
  2. In a pan, cook bacon until crispy and set aside
  3. Crack eggs in bowl, add a dash of milk and whisk until aerated.
  4. Add eggs to frypan on medium high and moved constantly until just under cooked.
  5. Add cheese and remove from pan.
  6. Construct burrito by placing ingredients in the centre of the burrito.
  7. Add all ingredients with BBQ sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Construct by folding the bottom of the burrito up, then each side in one at a time.
  9. Enjoy!

Tips

Try adding other exciting ingredients. My personal favourite is a mix of slow cooked onions, mushrooms, garlic and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
