Steve's award winning maple bacon mac and cheese recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g Macaroni Pasta
  • 500g Bacon
  • 2Tbs Maple Syrup
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Serve Blend 101 Liquid Cheese
  • 1tbs Crused Garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat heavily salted water in a pot
  2. Cook pasta until just before eldante. Remove from heat and drain.
  3. In a hot frying pan, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  4. Add bacon, cumin, pepper and maple syrup. Cook for 15mins or until fully combined.
  5. Prepare liquid cheese 101 as per instructions
  6. Combine all ingredients and mix. Serve immediately.
