The creamiest liquid cheese you will ever taste!
Ingredients
- 2Tbs Liquid Cheese 101 Blend
- 500ml Full Cream Milk
- 460g Cheese of your liking
Instructions
- Heat a heavy bottom pot with milk and Liquid Cheese 101 mix
- Blend with a stick blender until just too hot to touch with your finger.
- Add cheese one x handfull at a time (keep in mind the liquid cheese will take on the flavour of the cheese you add - my all time favourite is half Mozzarella and half Red Lester)
- Blend with stick blender until all cheese has melted. Cheese should look silky smooth when complete. Immediately remove from heat and serve.
- If using for catering, keep in a squeeze bottle in a sous vide bath. Refrigerate when finished and re-heat to serve.
Tips
Try using different blends of cheeses to alter the end product. My personal favourite was a half/half blend of Mozzarella and Red Lester
