Steve's award winning maple bacon mac and cheese recipe
Ingredients
- 500g Macaroni Pasta
- 500g Bacon
- 2Tbs Maple Syrup
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1tsp Cumin
- 1tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Serve Blend 101 Liquid Cheese
- 1tbs Crused Garlic
Instructions
- Heat heavily salted water in a pot
- Cook pasta until just before eldante. Remove from heat and drain.
- In a hot frying pan, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
- Add bacon, cumin, pepper and maple syrup. Cook for 15mins or until fully combined.
- Prepare liquid cheese 101 as per instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix. Serve immediately.
