The creamiest liquid cheese you will ever taste!

Ingredients

  • 2Tbs Liquid Cheese 101 Blend
  • 500ml Full Cream Milk
  • 460g Cheese of your liking

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy bottom pot with milk and Liquid Cheese 101 mix
  2. Blend with a stick blender until just too hot to touch with your finger.
  3. Add cheese one x handfull at a time (keep in mind the liquid cheese will take on the flavour of the cheese you add - my all time favourite is half Mozzarella and half Red Lester)
  4. Blend with stick blender until all cheese has melted. Cheese should look silky smooth when complete. Immediately remove from heat and serve.
  5. If using for catering, keep in a squeeze bottle in a sous vide bath. Refrigerate when finished and re-heat to serve.

Tips

Try using different blends of cheeses to alter the end product. My personal favourite was a half/half blend of Mozzarella and Red Lester
